- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to interpret delivery and risk data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in global, matrix organisations
Aufgaben
- Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards
- Provide management information on delivery progress and risks
- Monitor project dependencies and security-related initiatives
- Maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery trackers
- Monitor progress against baselines and highlight variances
- Track project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment with CSO governance and Information Security controls
- Prepare materials for project governance forums
- Document decisions and track follow-up actions
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory expectations
- Coordinate with Project Managers and CSO delivery teams
- Communicate with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Business functions
