- Convert global best practices into learning experiences.
- Scout and engage with European startups and partners.
- Ensure smooth program execution for all activities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand startup challenges.
- Document startup meetings with mentors and partners.
- Synthesize startup learnings from the program.
- Consolidate mentor feedback.
- Prepare reports for participants.
- Leverage modern technology to reduce costs.
- Increase program efficiencies using modern technology.
- Prepare program briefs for startups.
- Support startup onboarding and participation.
- Support startups' market understanding through research and outreach.
- Support program teams with event management and coordination.
- Manage databases and track program metrics for evaluation.
- Manage the program's digital presence.
- Create content and engage communities on social media.
