As a Program Manager, you will lead and guide various programs, ensuring successful execution by managing costs, schedules, and technical performance. This role involves fostering communication, resolving conflicts, and building strong relationships across teams and vendors.

Anforderungen

• •Superior leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• •B.S /B.A. in Engineering, Science or Mathematics or equivalent
• •Track record of leading projects >$15M
• •Experience managing innovative solutions to technical problems
• •Experience building and leading multi-disciplined teams
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• •Knowledge of EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, and IMS tools
• •Successful management and presentation of Gate reviews
• •Strong written and oral communication skills
• •Experience managing vendors, generating SOWs, and evaluating proposals

Aufgaben

• •Provide overall leadership and guidance for assigned programs and projects
• •Ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance of teams for successful execution
• •Develop and monitor program baselines, performance, risks, and opportunities
• •Organize and direct staff, resources, standards, and tools for program completion
• •Motivate and influence program staff through effective leadership and team-building
• •Establish strong internal and external communication systems
• •Communicate program requirements and objectives to the internal team and subcontractors
• •Resolve conflicts and prioritize demands on assigned programs
• •Address unplanned program issues with effective solutions and resource escalation
• •Communicate program status effectively to leadership
• •Maintain effective relationships with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement
• •Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of key vendors in supplier program management
