- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Redesign business processes and drive IT transformation
- Manage carve-out activities and establish new legal entities
- Align process strategy with technology implementation
- Ensure measurable and sustainable business outcomes
- Establish governance frameworks with executive stakeholders
- Manage steering committees and decision forums
- Oversee risk and financial management structures
- Coordinate complex multi-vendor and multi-workstream environments
- Deliver program targets within scope, timeline, and budget
- Drive change management across all organizational levels
