Anforderungen
- Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or comparable field
- Sound knowledge in production planning, quality control, and process optimization
- Experience with project management methods and lean management advantageous
- Fluent German and English skills
- Several years of professional experience and expertise in quality management and supplier management
- Several years of experience in managing operational processes, ideally in the automotive industry or similar environment
- At least 5 years of experience in team management

Aufgaben
- Plan, manage, and implement customer and product programs from concept to series production
- Create and manage the program schedule, considering cost, quality, deadlines, and customer requirements
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from development, quality, purchasing, production, logistics, and other departments
- Ensure smooth product and production ramp-up and achieve all program and gate milestones
- Manage change and coordinate product and process changes
- Conduct program, phase, launch, and gate reviews and follow up on actions
- Identify and escalate risks, and initiate countermeasures and contingency plans
- Manage ramp-up budget and monitor quality, deadline, and cost targets
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on all program-related matters
