- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of related experience in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Supply Chain & Operations
- Proven experience in large, matrix, global organization managing complex projects
- Continuous Improvement mindset and experience implementing best practices
- Experience leveraging standard playbooks and project excellence methodologies
- Previous experience in supply chain or operations roles/management
- Preferable experience in manufacturing or Aerospace and Defense industry
- Previous experience in business integrations, product line migrations, plant layout optimizations, or complex business transitions
- PMI (Project Management Institute) Certified
- Continuous Improvement Certified (Lean Six Sigma)
- Change Management Certified (Prosci)
- Authorized to support European Union Defense programs
Aufgaben
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer, business, and transformation programs
- Manage strategic business programs from initiation to close-out
- Develop program plans, budgets, staffing, schedules, and performance metrics
- Ensure programs meet contractual and project requirements
- Promote programs throughout the organization and track utilization
- Ensure activities follow organizational policies, safety, quality, and compliance requirements
- Ensure activities meet external regulatory and contractual requirements
- Monitor and report performance against plans to meet objectives
- Arrange modifications as required
- Evaluate program effectiveness by analyzing data for key performance metrics
- Assemble cross-functional program teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers or program sponsors
- Manage negotiations, decision making, scheduling issues, and problem solving
- Supervise program or project staff to ensure timely completion
- Provide reports and updates to senior management or stakeholders
- Identify resource constraints and program risks
- Work with management for resolution of constraints
- Proactively mitigate program risks
- Adhere to program governance and stage gate processes
- Ensure program alignment to business objectives
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external requirements
