In this role, you will support EUCOM by evaluating programs and aligning workforce strategies. Your analytical skills will assist leadership in making informed decisions, while you ensure effective communication and streamline processes to enhance mission performance.

• •Leading program evaluation initiatives and developing performance metrics
• •Stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams
• •Workforce management, program management, or policy development support
• •Advising leadership on organizational design and workforce processes
• •Expert organizational and administrative support
• •Management and improvement of task management processes
• •TS/SCI clearance
• •Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, Management, or Business
• •Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community organizations
• •Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• •Aligning CCMD or DIA workflows with mission objectives
• •Conducting quantitative analysis and applying data-driven insights
• •Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• •Eligibility for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance required
