Aufgaben
- Translate customer voice into improvement initiatives and product development
- Serve as technical contact for Chinese OEM customers in EMEA
- Provide customer input for product plans
- Support customer projects, prioritize project portfolio, and coordinate activities across business functions
- Ensure commitments and milestones are achieved
- Lead and coordinate product quality investigations and complaints
- Report investigation results through SalesForce
- Provide technical guidance and consultancy on problems and complaints
- Collaborate with R&D to develop rapid customer responses and solutions
- Support the Program Manager during the Product Approval Process
- Align customer-approved technologies with growth strategy
- Support product launches and technology transfer
- Assist the Program Manager during the VMI process
- Prepare presentations, reports, and reviews for stakeholders
- Support the Customer Business Team
- Implement information bridge between Europe and Asia
