  • •Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • •More than 10 years of experience leading complex technology initiatives
  • •Extensive experience in private banking transformation
  • •Deep understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and regulatory frameworks
  • •Solid knowledge of agile, hybrid, and traditional program management frameworks
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
  • •Strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
  • •Strong leadership in matrix organizations
  • •Proficiency in navigating legacy environments and next-generation platforms
  • •Fluent written and oral communication in English and German
