- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Ability to conduct discovery workshops and create process documentation
- Experience in pre-sales and post-sales support
- Customer-focused with passion for improving business processes through innovative solutions
- Excellent French and English communication skills
