- Strong relevant exposure through studies, internships, or working student roles
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of BörsG, DORA, or comparable frameworks
- Structured, diligent, pragmatic working style
- Strong sense of accountability and quality
- Hands-on mindset with sound judgment
- Attention to what matters with holistic view
- Ability to communicate, challenge, and drive topics
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Very good English skills, written and spoken

- Support assessment and classification of outsourcing arrangements
- Monitor third-party services throughout their lifecycle
- Implement and manage regulatory requirements
- Ensure transparent, structured, and audit-proof risk documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Drive adherence to defined standards and processes
- Prepare management and regulatory reports
- Support internal and external audits
- Enhance outsourcing and third-party risk framework
