Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end KYC activities for corporate and institutional clients
- Handle complex and higher-risk cases
- Ensure complete and high-quality documentation
- Process tasks timely and escalate appropriately
- Conduct daily client contact via phone, email, and in person
- Adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Track and implement regulatory changes
- Maintain documentation quality for assigned portfolio
- Update KYC data in internal databases
- Support audits by preparing information and responding to requests
- Support junior colleagues
- Update team knowledge resources
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements
- Collaborate with technology stakeholders for user/client feedback
- Contribute to projects for regulatory change, technology updates, and process optimization
