- Optics Production and optomechanics knowledge/experience advantageous
- Good communication skills in English
- German knowledge skill advantageous
Aufgaben
- Supervise production team during second shift
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities
- Monitor workflow and machine utilization
- Ensure production schedules and quality standards
- Guide operators on machining processes
- Troubleshoot production and process issues
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Ensure safety and maintain clean environment
- Handle shift responsibilities independently
- Make timely operational decisions
- Foster teamwork and communication
- Engage employees on the production floor
