Aufgaben
- Support Site Manager by coordinating with Functional Leads and experts
- Assign resources to meet operational and production goals
- Work with USAFE GPMS Program Support Office and Site staff to set goals
- Ensure compliance with PWS and Amentum QMS requirements
- Support Site Manager in meeting deadlines
- Organize and prioritize incoming materials and equipment
- Provide inputs for Project Management Rough Orders of Magnitude
- Review Site deliverables
- Oversee outload for exercises and contingencies
- Ensure site personnel receive required training
- Prepare reports and correspondence for Site Manager
- Maintain and execute functions in Site Manager’s absence
- Keep Site Manager informed of daily activities
- Provide technical advice on planning, programming, and procurement
- Develop logistics and maintenance plans with Site Superintendents and SMEs
- Ensure compliance with DOD and USAF directives
- Perform other duties as assigned and qualified
