- Structured, focused, and organized way of working, assertiveness, motivation, independence, flexibility, and resilience
- High attitude for safety, quality, solution focus, and cooperation
- Comprehensive knowledge of fill and finish production processes and connections in a large production area
- Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering
- Coordination of resources and workflows
- Fluency in English (written and oral) and German would be an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead, coach, and develop employees
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Set priorities and allocate resources to meet deadlines
- Participate in investigations of deviations and improvement projects
- Ensure safety and GMP compliance
- Create and implement training plans on time
- Recognize, interpret, and eliminate deviations
- Participate in audits and visits
- Manage shift handovers and create instructions
