Anforderungen
- Degree in logistics, engineering, or similar
- 5 years experience in production planning
- Strong SAP skills in production/logistics planning
- Understanding of production processes and material flow
- Experience with key performance indicators
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good proficiency in German and English
- Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Previous experience with MES systems
- Knowledge of Lean/CIP or shop floor management
Aufgaben
- Create and maintain production plans
- Sequence production based on priorities
- Optimize setup times and batch sizes
- Schedule and monitor production orders
- Adjust planning for disruptions or bottlenecks
- Ensure production supply and delivery dates
- Verify material availability with purchasing
- Initiate measures to resolve material bottlenecks
- Coordinate machine and personnel capacities
- Manage production orders within SAP
- Utilize MRP and demand information
- Monitor stocks, backlogs, and missing parts
- Generate production reports in SAP and Excel
- Coordinate daily with logistics and sales
- Participate in regular shop floor meetings
- Escalate and manage deadline risks
- Optimize planning parameters and safety stocks
- Support lean and WIP reduction initiatives
- Improve planning accuracy and key figures
