Aufgaben
- Develop and align weekly production plans based on Central Planning requirements
- Create, release, and monitor process orders in SAP
- Ensure availability of capacities, materials, and personnel
- Initiate corrective actions for resource availability
- Plan and order raw and packaging materials from suppliers
- Coordinate production execution with Logistics
- Monitor tank and silo levels
- Monitor incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Perform regular and cycle inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with ATS, OTIF, costs, and inventory accuracy
- Support cost-efficient utilization of production assets
- Act as backup for the Scheduling Optimizer Downstream
- Oversee full production planning for the Hamburg site
