As a Production Manager, you will lead a team to ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Your role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer demands.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Production Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
• •3–5 years experience in production or manufacturing management
• •Proven leadership and team management skills
• •Ability to motivate and develop employees
• •Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
• •Knowledge of lean methods and continuous improvement initiatives
• •Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent organizational and communication abilities
• •Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
