- Experience in setting up production lines, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving engineering or operations projects
- Qualification in SAP, ideally with exposure to warehouse-management systems and production-planning software/platforms
- Passion for analytical problem solving, structured and autonomous work styles, and cross-functional collaboration
- Degree in Engineering, ideally Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering/Management, or Automation, or comparable qualification with relevant experience
- Fluency in German and very good command of English
- Current work authorization valid in Germany
Aufgaben
- Design and improve production and assembly lines
- Optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
- Ensure production methods meet quality and efficiency targets
- Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes using Lean Management
- Execute continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the main plant
- Act as process owner for crimping and screwing processes
- Plan and implement logistics processes in warehouse management
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives in production
- Conduct layout planning to optimize production flows
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and cross-functional partners
