Anforderungen
- Experience in production planning, control, manufacturing, operations, or comparable environment
- Understanding of how individual production steps influence overall output
- Experience coordinating multiple teams or production activities
- Strong cross-functional communication skills

- Comfortable as central interface between planning and execution
- Strong ownership, problem identification, and independent solution driving

- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or complex manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of metal processing or fiber composite manufacturing
- Experience with production planning or project management
- Experience in environments with multiple manufacturing technologies or facilities
Aufgaben
- Coordinate daily production and align manufacturing teams
- Ensure production targets are achieved
- Build realistic production plans based on capacity
- Identify upcoming capacity increases early
- React to changes, delays, and capacity constraints
- Develop countermeasures with relevant teams
- Identify and resolve supply and material bottlenecks with Logistics
- Identify weaknesses through quality issues and reject rates with Process Engineering
- Drive improvements in production performance
- Ensure production plans reflect machine and personnel capacity
- Achieve production targets through effective daily coordination
- Address changes and disruptions with appropriate countermeasures
- Identify production bottlenecks early and resolve them with relevant teams
- Keep production, logistics, engineering, quality, and management aligned
