- Excellent UX skills and user-centred design
- Ability to conceptualise and communicate features
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies
- Basic understanding of backend systems
- Strong documentation skills in Confluence and Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben
- Own product features from initial concept to delivery
- Iterate and optimize features based on performance
- Conceptualize flows based on user and business goals
- Define user journeys and interaction concepts
- Design product solutions using Figma and design systems
- Translate concepts into structured documentation in Confluence
- Manage epics and prioritized backlogs in Jira
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility
- Gather and transform stakeholder feedback into product decisions
- Validate post-release solutions and identify improvements
- Test assumptions through bold experimentation
- Lead product discussions in workshops and planning sessions
