Aufgaben
- Evaluate requirements for process optimization and make-or-buy decisions
- Manage, prioritize, and groom the product backlog
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders
- Gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with the Scrum team on sprint planning
- Define sprint goals and ensure task clarity
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and internal data
- Contribute to the long-term product roadmap
- Review completed work against the Definition of Done
- Ensure delivered work provides real user value
- Communicate product vision to motivate and align the team
