Anforderungen
- 3-5+ years ERP experience in DACH
- Plus: Industry machinery, construction, woodworking, or related manufacturing know-how
- Construction-specific estimating, quotation, site measurement, invoicing, and post-calculation
- Deep understanding of BOM/BoQ and parameterized variants
- Cross-project purchasing
- Hands-on experience with ICP, personas, empathy maps, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Impact Mapping, and Design Thinking
- Strong requirement definition, story slicing, and acceptance criteria
- Value-based prioritization backed by evidence
- Experience with SAFe and Scrum in multi-team settings
- Product management and go-to-market collaboration
- Price-performance analysis and competitive intelligence
- Comfort discussing P&L impact, contribution margin, COGS, and business models with finance and leadership
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub Enterprise), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and test tooling (TestPlans)
- Fluent German and English
- Plus: Danish language skills
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation across product, customers, engineering, and operations
Aufgaben
- Translate customer pains into a clear roadmap
- Orchestrate integrations between ERP, MES, and CAD systems
- Define product vision for timber construction ERP
- Develop product roadmap for timber construction ERP
- Manage product backlog for timber construction ERP
- Lead discovery with customers and internal teams
- Define problems and validate solutions
- Set success metrics for product initiatives
- Specify Epics and User Stories with crisp acceptance criteria
- Design interfaces across ERP, MES, and CAD
- Steward interfaces across ERP, MES, and CAD
- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles and personas
- Create empathy maps and Business Model Canvases
- Design Value Proposition Canvases
- Conduct Impact Mapping to align epics and outcomes
- Operate within a SAFe scaled environment
- Prepare Program Increment (PI) objectives
- Manage cross-team dependencies
- Ensure transparency in a scaled environment
- Establish outcome-oriented KPIs (adoption, time-to-value, quality, cycle time)
- Guide prioritization using established KPIs
