- Ability to navigate technical conversations
- Fewer than 3 years of hands-on BIM experience
- Desire to execute product roadmap
- Comfortable in German for professional context
- Manage evolving user requirements in active development
Aufgaben
- Own the VDC Manager product backlog end-to-end
- Structure and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure sprint readiness of backlog items
- Break features and epics into deliverable increments
- Maintain visibility of cross-backlog dependencies
- Identify and manage blockers and risks
- Write user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Validate user stories with QA before sprint start
- Ensure stories trace to validated user needs
- Write acceptance criteria for complex features
- Handle scripting APIs, automation workflows, and IFC schema interactions
- Run sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Participate actively in all sprint ceremonies
- Negotiate scope with Engineering to protect quality
- Validate delivered work against acceptance criteria
- Conduct monthly interviews and feedback sessions with BIM experts
- Translate user feedback into structured backlog items
- Lead or co-lead UAT sessions with BIM specialists
- Translate strategic roadmap into executable backlog
- Surface delivery risks and scope conflicts early
- Challenge roadmap assumptions with user feedback
- Maintain shared understanding of priority rationale
