- Dependency and release coordination
- Hands-on quality assurance and acceptance testing on machines
- Familiarity with test automation (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, decision-making skills
- Structured and data-driven working style
- Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro
- Relevant certifications (PSPO, CSPO, PSM, KMP) (plus)
- Very good command of German (written and spoken)
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Drive strategic and operational development of software platform
- Shape platform solutions across multiple product lines
- Partner with PM organization on product priorities and roadmap
- Contribute to platform vision across three product lines
- Ensure functional interfaces with program management and engineering
- Manage Team Backlog end-to-end
- Elicit and refine customer features with the team
- Develop implementation plans and work items meeting quality criteria
- Forecast multi-month customer release cycles
- Accept work items on reference machines
- Collaborate with test automation and machine/system testing
- Align technical priorities with software architect
- Address non-functional requirements (latency, reliability, security)
- Manage technical debt and machine-control/sensor integrations
- Ensure testability and operability
- Coordinate integrations and releases across four platform teams
- Work with architecture, test, mechatronics, and sensor software teams
