- First experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role, ideally in medical device environment
- Experience working at solution or portfolio level
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional products (hardware, software, IT integration)
- Strong analytical and structured mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate diverse stakeholders
- Reliable, organized, and proactive working style with strong ownership and accountability
- Confident decision-maker working with ambiguity, complexity, and technical depth
- Business-oriented mindset with motivation to further develop and shape existing product line
Aufgaben
- Shape data, device, and workflow interactions in the operating room
- Drive evolution of interoperability and integration solutions
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into product direction
- Manage diverse stakeholders and interfaces, providing clear input
- Represent product area to strategic external partners
- Coordinate joint product initiatives and align technical roadmaps
- Structure information exchange and ensure long-term collaboration
- Own and manage creation, prioritization, and communication of Product Backlog
- Translate product vision, business requirements, and user needs into actionable deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear Epics and User Stories
- Prioritize features by business value, timelines, and effort
- Drive alignment across teams, stakeholders, and organizational levels
- Act as primary interface for strategic technology partner
- Coordinate joint roadmaps and align supplier deliverables with product strategy
- Facilitate transparent communication, manage escalations, and resolve issues
- Maintain long-term, trust-based supplier relationship
