- Define and monitor acceptance criteria and KPIs
- Influence strategic discussions and decisions for uCOIN
- Foster open, honest, and timely feedback culture
- Ensure clear and transparent communication
- Continuously improve solution considering customer and user experience
- Ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory framework
