- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle
- Capture market and customer needs
- Shape product strategy and roadmap
- Advise sales and customer-facing teams
- Work directly with customers on product setup
- Support customer migrations to new platform
- Collaborate with Product and Technology Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership across DACH and other markets
- Define measurable goals and KPIs
- Maintain outcome-focused roadmap
- Translate roadmap items into epics and user stories
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Conduct sprint reviews
- Make trade-offs on scope, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate release readiness and enablement
- Rapidly triage issues
- Gather context for issues
- Coordinate fixes and post-incident reviews
- Capture preventive actions in backlog
- Communicate status to customer-facing teams and customers
- Define pragmatic migration plans
- Provide cutover guidance
- Develop deprecation strategies
- Create customer enablement materials
- Track adoption and surface risks
- Join customer meetings with Sales and Customer Success
- Validate value propositions via interviews, prototypes, and pilots
- Use GenAI to accelerate discovery and specification
- Use GenAI for incident summaries and reporting
- Ensure human oversight and compliance
