- Act as the interface between Sales and Product Units
- Identify and evaluate new market segments and applications
- Coordinate the product portfolio, including lifecycle management
- Manage product launches and discontinuations
- Create specifications for future models and options
- Prioritize product improvements based on market observation
- Collaborate with Sales on product improvements
- Set pricing and positioning for products globally
- Continuously improve product profitability
- Increase market share and equipment rate
- Observe markets, competitor activities, and trends
- Support development projects using the CLAAS process
- Coordinate sales strategy with the sales organization
