Anforderungen
- Degree in economics with marketing focus or comparable qualification
- 4-5 years professional experience in marketing/product management, preferably consumer goods
- Sales experience (a plus)
- Distinct analytical ability and strategic problem-solving skills
- Independent, decisive working style and strong implementation skills

- Strong persuasive and communication skills
- High commitment, resilience, and flexibility

Aufgaben
- Manage the end-to-end product category portfolio.
- Collect and implement product data for the portfolio.
- Develop local product strategy for your category.
- Guide the sales department based on this strategy.
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
- Oversee NPI from product idea to market launch.
- Maintain NPI data in JIRA.
- Conduct market analyses from internal and external sources.
- Perform monthly market deep dives.
- Share market insights with relevant departments.
- Track and analyze category and product performance.
- Monitor market, competitor, sell-in, sell-out, distribution.
- Recommend actions for performance improvement.
- Define initial pricing and lifetime price positioning.
- Consider category margin in pricing decisions.
- Design product channelization based on global/local needs.
- Develop product line-ups.
- Set the initial forecast (FC).
- Challenge bottom-up forecasts to meet requested FC.
- Plan main categories as monthly marketing forecasts.
- Coordinate product activities like ratings and testing.
- Implement activity results into datasheets.
- Share results with stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for product topics.
- Manage product data uploads to delonghi-media.
- Distribute product data to relevant departments.
- Manage product translations for eShop, Power Images, A+ Content.
- Develop sales support materials for your product group.
- Prepare product presentations and datasheets.
- Brief on product catalog adaptations.
- Lead JF meetings with sales and SC teams.
