- •Define and evolve a clear product vision based on customer needs and business objectives
- •Lead continuous discovery to identify and prioritize customer problems and opportunities
- •Synthesize Voice of the Customer inputs to inform product strategy
- •Translate strategic intent into product hypotheses and measurable success metrics
- •Represent the company with customers and partners at industry events
- •Manage product intake, evaluation, and prioritization transparently
- •Establish thresholds for roadmap entries, deferrals, and exclusions
- •Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlogs and multi-release roadmaps
- •Partner with engineering and Product Owners to shape scope and trade-offs
- •Ensure product intent is accurately translated into executable work
- •Clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, and outcomes without dictating implementation
- •Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team delivery alignment
- •Serve as the primary product voice across engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership
- •Influence senior stakeholders with clear framing and data-driven insights
- •Communicate product vision and delivery status to VP and executive levels
- •Contribute to evolving product management practices and prioritization frameworks
- •Mentor and support other product managers through coaching
- •Enhance product thinking, strategic clarity, and execution discipline across teams
