- •2+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Development, ideally in energy, technology, or SaaS sector
- •Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, pricing mechanics, and customer value creation
- •Proven track record of turning customer needs and operational insights into scalable product solutions
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and hierarchies
- •Entrepreneurial, structured, and execution-driven mindset with a passion for ownership
- •Fluency in English and German
