  • •2+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Development, ideally in energy, technology, or SaaS sector
  • •Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, pricing mechanics, and customer value creation
  • •Proven track record of turning customer needs and operational insights into scalable product solutions
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and hierarchies
  • •Entrepreneurial, structured, and execution-driven mindset with a passion for ownership
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Lead the end-to-end product process from market research to rollout
  • •Develop offerings and pricing structures for sustainable revenue
  • •Ensure operational executability and strong customer experience
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams
  • •Translate insights and feedback into scalable product solutions
  • •Leverage customer feedback and market trends to refine service offerings
  • •Define and monitor KPIs for adoption and service quality
  • •Identify levers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • •Take ownership of building a service-driven ecosystem
