- Minimum 4 years Product Management in complex Hardware & Software products in Medical Technology OR Proven Product Management experience in Robotics (non-MedTech)
- Experience in Spine or Neurosurgery (strong advantage)
- Proven track record launching complex, high-tech products
- Strong ability to abstract and translate complex technical/clinical problems
- Business fluent English (negotiation level)
- German language skills (advantage)
- Ability to balance project needs and strategic goals
- Based in Munich
- Willingness for up to 20% travel
Aufgaben
- Define and drive comprehensive robotics roadmap.
- Filter and architect product requirements.
- Condense and prioritize cross-indication needs.
- Resolve conflicts between clinical user groups.
- Create a unified product vision.
- Define and maintain article structure.
- Define and maintain pricing strategy.
- Develop robust service concepts.
- Develop robust training concepts.
- Manage product across its entire lifecycle.
- Conduct deep market and competitor analysis.
- Identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Champion product at trade shows, demos, and trainings.
- Equip sales force with knowledge and tools.
- Develop marketing strategy for robotics portfolio.
- Execute marketing strategy for robotics portfolio.
