- Shape market-leading initiatives for retail and B2B
- Collaborate with engineers and diverse stakeholders
- Deliver innovative solutions for the financial landscape
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with capital market standards
- Manage resources and create detailed timelines
- Monitor dependencies across multiple teams
- Lead integrations with other Scalable Capital services
- Drive development using agile methodologies
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and syncs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Act as the strategic connection for B2B partners
- Manage multiple customer-facing B2B products
- Align platform capabilities with joint commercial goals
- Translate complex business requirements into product logic
- Secure space on internal engineering backlogs
- Ensure partner-critical features meet quality standards
- Analyze technical schemas and documentation
- Communicate technical bottlenecks and timeline impacts
- Synchronize partner roadmaps with internal development cycles
- Identify dependencies and risks to prevent blockers
- Lead through data and business justification
