Anforderungen
- 3-5 years product management experience (discovery, prioritization, specs)
- Close work with hardware (manufacturing, robotics, industrial automation, machinery)
- Understanding of both machine and code
- Systems thinking and reasoning about entire process chains

- Comfortable on shop floor, next to machinery, in safety vest

- Own the operating system for the factory, end to end
- Manage job preparation and path generation
- Oversee robot execution
- Control manufacturing processes
- Ensure quality and traceability
- Decide what product features to build next and why
- Observe factory operations and software performance
- Talk to technicians to understand software challenges
- Analyze machine, material, and tolerance demands
- Communicate real-world constraints to the software team with evidence
- Write product specifications for the engineering team
- Say no to product ideas that do not address core problems
- Ship software, observe its performance, and refine it daily
- Make the factory operating software fast, reliable, and efficient
- Define the product management process for the company
- Grow the product function as the team and factory expand
