- Derive market and competitor insights
- Plan and execute global product launches
- Create go-to-market concepts
- Enable regional sales with training and tools
- Monitor commercial performance
- Define pricing and portfolio measures
- Initiate corrective actions for growth and margins
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to phase-out
