Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or technical environments
- Proven experience managing products in software deployment, platform infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, or enterprise software delivery
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern DevOps/CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, similar)
- Knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS, usage-based, entitlement management, license activation)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly solutions
- Ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills
- German or additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Define and own product roadmap for software deployment, cloud delivery, and licensing
- Drive seamless deployment experiences for on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid cloud
- Gather and prioritize customer, partner, and stakeholder requirements
- Translate requirements into product strategies, user stories, and release plans
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Architecture teams
- Deliver scalable deployment automation, CI/CD integrations, and operational tooling
- Lead evolution of software licensing capabilities
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, reliability, and scalability
- Analyze customer feedback, support cases, and usage data
- Continuously improve deployment, upgrade, and licensing experiences
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams
- Enable successful product launches and customer adoption
