Defining AI-driven customer service vision and automation roadmap for natural products manufacturer. Conversational AI and LLM expertise required. 28 days PTO, company bike rental.
Anforderungen
- 2+ years digital product management experience
- Proven track record in CX, platform, or automation-driven products
- Strong technical understanding of AI systems
- Specific knowledge of Conversational AI, LLMs, data-driven decisioning
- Hands-on experience in AI systems (plus)
- Proven track record translating complex business goals
- Scalable digital product development
- Experience in cross-functional environments
- Collaboration across tech, operations, marketing, commercial teams
- Highly analytical mindset
- KPI-driven mindset
- Passion for experimentation
- Continuous process optimization
- Resilience in transformation environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity

- Experience with CS platforms like Zendesk (ideally, not must)
Aufgaben
- Define product vision for AI-enabled customer service
- Lead transition to automation-first service model
- Drive efficiency with AI in customer service
- Turn customer service into retention and revenue engine
- Define and execute roadmap for AI-enabled service models
- Ensure seamless transitions between automated systems and human escalation
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to implement tooling
- Continuously refine service tooling and AI systems
- Maximize efficiency of service tooling and AI systems
- Own reporting of key success metrics
- Own improvement of key success metrics
- Report on containment rates
- Report on automation coverage
- Report on CSAT
- Act as central interface between CS, IT, Data, and Chief Digital Officer
- Drive internal adoption and trust in AI
- Enable clear feedback loops
- Scale automation capabilities at high velocity
- Maintain focus on reliability
- Maintain focus on compliance
- Maintain focus on customer experience
