In this role, you will shape the trading infrastructure for renewable energies by designing efficient operating models and integrating advanced trading technologies. Your work will ensure seamless processes and compliance while driving innovation in energy trading.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy/Electrical, Economics/Finance, Business, or Information/Data Systems
• •Equivalent practical experience in power trading or trading-systems product roles
• •5+ years in energy/power trading, product management, or front-to-back systems delivery or at least 3+ years owning market-integrated processes
• •Confidence defining API/streaming/data-model requirements and data contracts
• •Track record in product ownership and delivery leadership
• •Familiarity with cloud-native patterns (Azure preferred)
• •Power BI, basic SQL or Python for analysis/validation
• •Proven ownership of trading or market-integrated systems
• •Experience with renewables power markets (day-ahead/intraday)
• •Security/compliance mindset for trading
• •Clear, persuasive communication across trading, risk, finance, compliance, and engineering; fluent English

Aufgaben

• •Set the target operating model for GES around a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) backbone
• •Deliver a 'lightway' trading stack without an ETRM
• •Lead the ETRM evaluation and decision process
• •Translate business needs into software requirements
• •Integrate algorithmic trading partners and in-house models with governance
• •Orchestrate front-to-back processes from deal to settlement
• •Own the product backlog and delivery cadence
• •Establish operational excellence through service levels and dashboards
• •Champion security and compliance in the trading environment
• •Enable AI-assisted forecasting and optimization
