- Strong leadership experience in AI or conversational product domains, ideally within customer service or contact centre environments
- Experience building and scaling AI-driven products, with solid understanding of intent classification, dialogue flows, or LLM-based systems
- Experience working at the intersection of product and operations, translating real-world constraints into scalable solutions
- Experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers, comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments

- Define and drive product strategy for conversational AI
- Lead development of AI-powered agent tools
- Redesign customer service and pharma processes with AI
- Shape end-to-end self-service experience
- Establish and evolve measurement framework
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Lead a team of Product Managers
- Ensure fast, accurate, and safe AI systems in healthcare
- Improve agent efficiency and focus on high-value cases
- Automate workflows and integrate operations
