Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Systems Engineering, or Microtechnology
  • •3–5 years of experience in product development, ideally in soft robotics, sensors, and actuators
  • •Solid understanding of actuation and sensing principles, embedded systems, and electromechanical integration
  • •Experience with prototyping, testing, and transitioning designs from lab-scale to production
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage internal and external development activities
  • •Hands-on, solution-driven mindset with creativity and attention to detail
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (mind. C1) and German is a plus
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
