Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Systems Engineering, or Microtechnology
- •3–5 years of experience in product development, ideally in soft robotics, sensors, and actuators
- •Solid understanding of actuation and sensing principles, embedded systems, and electromechanical integration
- •Experience with prototyping, testing, and transitioning designs from lab-scale to production
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage internal and external development activities
- •Hands-on, solution-driven mindset with creativity and attention to detail
- •Excellent communication skills in English (mind. C1) and German is a plus
- •Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
