- Proven track record in complex B2B/web applications
- Strong portfolio: messy problem to polished solution
- Advanced Figma knowledge (Auto Layout, Variables, Components)
- Experience with shared Design System
- Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work through ambiguity
- Ability to ask the right questions
- Strong verbal and written English
- Comfortable explaining design trade-offs
- Self-starter with ownership
- Proactive seeking of constructive feedback
- Transparent collaboration for shared goals
- Interest in Fintech, trading, or energy sector
- Experience in Fintech, trading, or energy sector (strong plus)
- Sharp eye for UI polish
- Commitment to high standards under tight deadlines
Aufgaben
- Design digital solutions for user needs and business goals
- Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow and output quality
- Conduct research on energy trading industry
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive designs
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
- Own the design process for specific features
- Identify and resolve usability issues in the interface
- Deliver high-quality design assets on time
- Ensure quality assurance of designs during development
- Make data-driven design decisions
- Contribute to and improve the Design System
- Communicate design decisions to team and stakeholders
