Aufgaben

- Identify and own customer problems from start to finish
- Conduct user interviews and onsite visits
- Use LLMs to pressure-test hypotheses
- Synthesize research transcripts and shape user journeys
- Sync with PO and lead engineer to validate research and get sign-off
- Align with the product team in daily standups
- Vibe-code solutions in Cursor or Claude Code for interaction testing
- Create prototypes in Figma
- Observe users and engage with customers through travel
- Share work in progress early and often
- Involve stakeholders in the design process
- Run your own user research independently
- Bring field signal into every product decision
- Provide clear recommendations and carry product vision across features
- Integrate AI into your workflow for research synthesis and prototyping
- Explore design possibilities through prompt-driven exploration
- Design for multiple user personas with conflicting needs
- Contribute to or own a design system
- Ship coded prototypes or work with AI coding tools
