- Own complete mobile user journeys for clarity and consistency
- Translate research and behavioral data into high-impact solutions
- Identify and close UX gaps affecting conversion and satisfaction
- Design for real-world constraints like performance and responsiveness
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on design direction
- Present design rationale to product, engineering, and leadership
- Elevate craft standards and evolve the design system
