In this role, you will design engaging 3D assets and animations for in-vehicle digital experiences. You will collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user interaction and ensure that all designs meet brand standards.

Anforderungen

• •Automotive and HMI experience (e.g., Android Automotive OS, infotainment, navigation, ADAS, HMI, connected services, mobility or other future mobility services)
• •Experience with complex, scaled product development or delivery programs, ideally in Automotive and Mobility with OEM, Tier1 or Agency/Consultancy
• •Understanding of driver context, cognitive load, and specific test conditions
• •Quality, safety, and compliance mindset (Commercial Vehicles HMI ≠ Consumer Apps)
• •Strong professional experience in 3D design and motion for digital or real-time systems
• •Proven ability to design motion that is functional, purposeful, and usability-driven
• •Solid understanding of performance, hardware, and rendering constraints in embedded or real-time environments
• •High proficiency with professional 3D and motion tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects or equivalent)
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product teams
• •Strong sense for visual consistency, timing, easing, and system-wide coherence
• •Experience working within design systems and established visual guidelines
• •Basic familiarity with ISO standards
• •Experience with commercial vehicles
• •Ability to create iconography or illustration tailored to HMI contexts
• •Familiarity with motion design for functional transitions
• •Understanding of automotive constraints (legibility, luminance, themes, day/night modes)
• •Experience preparing assets for embedded or real-time rendering systems
• •Experience designing for VR/AR

• •Create high-quality, optimized 3D assets for in-vehicle HMI systems
• •Design motion graphics and animations for user feedback and orientation
• •Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop coherent motion behaviors
• •Ensure alignment of motion and 3D designs with brand guidelines
• •Prepare production-ready assets for real-time rendering
• •Maintain a consistent motion language across the system
