- Experience in managing technical documentation
- Familiarity with PLM or PDM systems
- Workshop hands-on skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Italian)
- Highly detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Passion for bicycles or cycling industry experience
- Interest in Active Category and urban transportation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
Aufgaben
- Deliver innovative designs and concepts for new products
- Take ownership of projects from concept to production release
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with global teams on design revisions and testing
- Create 3D and 2D drawings using CREO (Pro/e) CAD software
- Handle project management tasks and maintain updated documentation
- Travel to the Freiburg office for collaboration with design engineers
- Occasionally travel to Asia to work with suppliers and manufacturing engineers
- Provide feedback on team dynamics and areas for improvement
