- Leverage Celigo as the iPaaS layer
- Improve Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash processes
- Optimize Procure-to-Pay and Inventory processes
- Assess and widen ERP process scope
- Translate business needs into structured requirements
- Assess impact for prioritization and roadmapping
- Interface between stakeholders and external partners
- Protect standard processes and system integrity
- Implement ERP changes and improvements end-to-end
- Manage external agencies and in-house teams
- Ensure reliable day-to-day system performance
- Handle system maintenance and user management
- Manage roles and access rights
- Build internal ERP and business systems capability
- Transition system ownership from partners to in-house
