- Own and improve procure-to-order processes
- Identify process gaps and compliance risks

- Act as key user for SAP
- Support system rollouts and digital initiatives
- Provide system training and user guidance
- Define and monitor procurement KPIs
- Develop reporting dashboards and spend analyses
- Track savings and improve data quality
- Maintain procurement tools and templates
- Establish methodological and governance standards
- Ensure consistent application of procurement policies
- Manage procurement master data structures
- Provide analytical insights to procurement teams
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and stakeholders
- Drive change management and training activities
- Develop the procurement organization's maturity
