Anforderungen
- 8-10 years' experience at Tier 1/2 automotive supplier or OEM
- Direct knowledge of automotive procurement (concept-to-operation)
- Significant automotive supply chain/procurement know-how
- Excellent project management skills with delivery track record
- Experience building and maintaining senior supplier relationships
- Demonstrable strategic procurement or NPI experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks, effective time management, analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good capability with Microsoft Office software
- SAP experience desirable
- English language mandatory
- German language beneficial
Aufgaben
- Lead procurement for Interior & Exterior category
- Develop and implement procurement strategy
- Coordinate all procurement activities for the category
- Identify and source optimal components and systems
- Prepare and execute cross-functional sourcing decisions
- Negotiate best commercial terms with suppliers
- Meet project targets for material and tooling costs
- Monitor global supply market changes
- Develop category strategies with cross-functional alignment
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage raw material fluctuations with suppliers
- Establish reliable supply chains for serial production
- Support Procurement Manager in transition strategy
- Drive procurement activities during project phase
- Collaborate with cost engineers on procurement
- Work with Engineering, Commercial, and Industrialisation
- Network with INEOS organization for leverage
