- Proactively bring new solutions to the team
- Forecast demand based on sales trends and upcoming promotions
- Generate and manage purchase orders to maintain inventory flow
- Track inbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate constantly with suppliers and fulfillment partners
- Analyze product costs, inventory turnover, and purchasing trends
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to improve margins
- Translate inventory and purchasing data into clear insights
- Identify and fix inefficiencies before they become problems
- Coordinate sourcing, sampling, and quality checks with internal teams
- Support influencer and creator shipments through strong coordination
- Prepare inventory and procurement reports to support decisions
- Keep data structured, clean, and easy to use
